PettyBuddy is built to keep company expense data private, accurate, and under your control.

Encryption

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and protected at rest. Receipts and messages are stored securely and are never accessible to other companies or users outside your workspace.

Access control

• Company admins control who can view and manage expenses.
• Employees can only access their own receipts and reports.
• No public sharing of data is enabled by default.

AI processing

Our AI reads receipt contents only for the purpose of extraction and categorisation. We do not use customer data to train external models or share it with unauthorised services.

Infrastructure

The service runs on cloud infrastructure with regular backups, monitoring, and security updates. Access to production systems is restricted and logged.

If you discover a security issue, please contact us immediately at reachus@pettybuddy.in. We take all reports seriously and will respond promptly.

Your responsibilities

• Only add authorised employees to your workspace.
• Report suspicious activity as soon as you notice it.
• Keep your admin credentials and WhatsApp number secure.
